As of yesterday, I’ve been living and working in Korea for six months. The wife and I arrived on a cold January night, given the keys to our little apartment, and started teaching the next day. How to Sleep Less
If you’re sleeping more than 7-8 hours a night and you’re not an infant, you’re probably sleeping too much (my army of out-of-work attorneys just told me to tell you I’m not a doctor, just so you know). The following article will share some background and tips on how to sleep less.

Background
I know, I know, most people say they need more sleep. Every day, millions of people grumble, wishing they could nuzzle their pillow a bit longer. Thousands of news stories and …
