Holy mother of God! I ran a 3-day KDP giveaway this weekend. I expected to give away a few hundred copies of Reaction. Instead, Reaction fought its way to the top of the Kindle free charts for both sci-fi adventure and satire.
I just downloaded this book to my kindle, and started reading. I'm already impressed with the reality of the characters. Looking forward to finding out more!
I just finished Reaction & wanted you to know how much I enjoyed it. It is a brave & creative writer who is able to develop characters who are "real" & flawed. Sure super heroes are fun but it was so refreshing to read about main character like Amadeus. I am looking forward to book 2.
Hi Marc, I'm glad to hear you enjoyed Reaction. Flawed characters are fun because, as a writer, it's my duty to inflict difficulty upon the character. If I create a character without flaws, they won't have an opportunity to learn anything.
Unfortunately, characters don't always understand the lesson, and Book 2 explores the way some character flaws lead people into morally dubious territory.
